SUPER CREW STRENGTH

The cornerstone of CREW, STRENGTH focuses on building your skills and knowledge to the max in 50 minutes. Build muscle while going at your own pace with your own program. We focus on mastering the big lifts, kettlebell complexes and more over a progressive 4 week cycle. Lift heavier and have more fun with your friendly Coach and up to three other members from our studio or from home.

SUPER CREW CIRCUIT

Nail your form with the fundamentals with 3 sets of 10 minute circuits in a semi-personal training session. Great for beginners and experienced members alike. Scale up or down to suit your needs and goals. This hybrid, live-streaming 50-minute session allows you to train from our studio or from home!

SUPER X CONDITION

We’re taking everything you love about cardio up to the next level: CONDITION is an interval training class with short periods of MAXIMAL effort followed by a recovery period for maximal results. Get ready to SWEAT! In this class you’ll use a combination of TRX, kettlebells, sandbags, and bodyweight exercises all put together for a great 30 minute class either in-person or live-streaming from home.

SUPER X BUILD

BUILD is our live-streaming 30 minute small group strength class designed for you to learn and master the fundamental movements we perform at Superpower from home or on-the-go. BUILD allows you to run your race as an expert personal trainer and the group build your confidence, skills and know-how over each 4 week cycle with up to nine other Superpowers. This is the perfect format if you are looking to increase your strength, energy and consistency outside our HQ. Whether you’re new / new-ish to strength training or looking to get back into the swing of things, you’ll end each class feeling stronger, motivated and supported . This four-week cycle builds your confidence, knowledge and muscle and allows you to scale to your needs and goals.

SUPER X CHARGE

CHARGE is our 30 minute, total body, LOW IMPACT cardio class. It’s the perfect addition to your weekly strength and conditioning schedule! Increase your energy, circulation and endurance along with nine other members either from our studio or on the road! CHARGE is perfect for those who are looking for a cardio class aims to keep our heart rate at a moderate output while performing low-impact bodyweight and resistance band exercises. Not to worry: we build in short rest intervals so you can towel yourself off, grab a sip of water and restore your body for the next round.

SUPER X CORE

Smarter core training is important no matter WHAT the fitness goal, whether you’re looking to PR your bench press or look and feel better. We take foundational core training exercises to more dynamic forms of strength with minimal equipment: sandbags, resistance bands and kettlebells. This 30 minute class helps improve functional strength for the daily activities while using exercises that will focus on the core while assisting in injury prevention. Be prepared to feel this one the next day!
