+ STUDIO POLICIES BOOKING WINDOWS
Classes and semi-personal sessions can be booked 1 month in advance, beginning the last week of each prior month. Private sessions can be booked for the duration of the membership in order to secure preferred time slots.

+ NEW SUPERPOWERS
All newbies must sign a waiver prior to entering their first session.

Due to high demand for prime time slots we have instituted a “No Show” policy for members who reserve a session and don’t show up/late cancel. If you sign up for a session and cannot make it, cancelling your reservation through MBO allows someone on the wait list to take your spot. If you are a “no-show”, one session credit will be processed automatically. No exceptions to be fair to our other members or our future.

+ AUTORENEWING MEMBERSHIP
Your Membership will renew automatically for the same duration and rate, unless you complete the Membership Termination Form over the phone or in person at least two weeks in advance of your renewal date.

+ AUTOPAY SCHEDULE
You will be billed biweekly, unless you have pre-paid your Membership. A charge of $25 will be made for any payment returned due to non-payment.

+ ROLLOVER CREDITS
With your SPS bi-weekly membership, you have been allotted a specified number of class and/or semi-private and/or private training or coaching classes/sessions to access biweekly. During the term of your agreement, a new allocation of credits are available for your use monthly, starting with your biweekly auto-payment and expiring 14 days later. Your unused credits rollover month to month as long as you’re a member in good standing. If you choose to cancel your membership (see ‘+ IF YOU DECIDE TO END YOUR MEMBERSHIP EARLY…’below)

Members may rollover unused credits into their next auto pay package either:

● six (6) consecutive months from the original date credit(s) were deposited in their account; and/or

● their last day of membership; and/or

Superpower will make a good faith effort to provide services but depending upon Coaches’ availability during normal business hours.

Members may schedule a maximum of one (1) U (personal training), DUO (2:1), CREW (semi-personal) or small group class session per day.

Any unused credits are forfeited the day their membership / add-on package(s) expire(s) or six (6) consecutive months from the original date credit(s) were deposited in their account

Downgrading Policy:
● Requesting Downgrade: Superpower requires a 30-day written notice to downgrade your membership(s). Please email [email protected] to request the downgrade(s). We will honor the timestamp of your request and respond within 1-2 business days to confirm it.

● Use or Lose Credits Before Scheduled DowngradeAny current and rollover credits must be used by the last day before the downgrade is scheduled to occur.

● Upgrading Again:If you upgrade your membership(s) again, the latest membership rates will apply.

● Credit Usage:Both current and rollover credits are for scheduled sessions only and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services. Scheduling is subject to capacity and Coaches’ availability during scheduled business hours. All credits must be utilized before the downgrade is scheduled to occur.

+ CASH FREE STUDIO
Superpower Studios is a cash-free studio. We will gladly accept AmEx, MasterCard, Visa, or Debit Cards as payment for services or products.

+ CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DECLINED?
Even if your card on file is working elsewhere, banks can still decline your payment for a variety of reasons:

A billing error caused by your bank;
A change in your billing address;
Lack of funds or holds on folds in your account; and/or
Your credit card has expired
In these situations, don’t worry! We’ll try to process your recurring payment again in 1-2 business days.

If you receive a notification that we were unable to process payment, please update your billing information to keep your account active. It will only take 1 minute and it will allow you to keep using Superpower at its full potential!

Card should be working? We recommend reaching out to your bank to confirm all details are correct and Superpower is a safe vendor and should be approved for all future transactions.

In the meantime, we kindly ask you log into your MBO Superpower account and update your Credit Card details to keep your subscription active. Don’t worry: all data (contacts, list, campaigns and scheduled automations) are still in safe place!

Please note that Superpower cannot “force” through a payment when this occurs, as your card provider is declining the transaction, although we can try again manually for you.

+ NEED TO FREEZE?
Freezing Your Membership
We make freezing (aka suspending) your membership painless.

After filling out the Membership Freeze Form, please allow three business days for us to receive and confirm your request.

Medical Freezing: We only offer membership freezes for medical reasons.
Members may only apply credits to sessions/classes/appointments, etc. before or after their selected medical freeze date range and must provide a doctor’s note confirming they are cleared to resume exercise with any contraindications listed to resume training.

Need to freeze for medical reasons?
Medical Freezes do not require 30 days notice; all other freezes or cancellations require 30 days advance notice.

Medical Freezes up to 6 months are always complimentary when you provide a note from your doctor confirming exercise and/ or nutrition and habit coaching is absolutely contraindicated for x days / weeks/months.

How to “Medically” Freeze your Membership

After selecting “Medical,” upload your doctor’s note detailing the necessity and estimated length of rest required as a PDF to complete the freeze request.

To resume your membership after receiving clearance from your doctor, email [email protected] the same doctor’s note clearing you to resume exercise / our other services (including any current contraindications).

Members may not use rollover or current package credits during a freeze.

Terminating Your Membership

Though we’d be sad to see you go, we’re committed to making the process as painless as possible. Please submit the Membership Termination Form with SPS staff no later than 30 days in advance of your current membership end date so we can help you tie up loose ends such as returning rental equipment and/or settling up termination fees.

If you do want to terminate your membership, you must fill out the Cancellation Form below no later than 30 days prior to your desired end date.

After completing the Membership Cancellation Form on our website, please allow two (2) business days for us to process your request.

If you are an Auto-pay contract and wish to terminate your membership, we are sorry to see you go!

Your contract is set to automatically auto-renew every 14 days so that you will have continual access to your classes and/or semi-private and/or private sessions/appointments.

Notice period for membership cancellations is two FULL billing cycles from the date of written cancellation via email. For example; if you submit a cancellation request on September 2 and your last billing date was September 1, you will be billed on September 15 and 29; you will have access to services until end of day October 2.

We cannot guarantee your preferred time slot or current return upon your return. We will help you tie up loose ends such as returning rental equipment, using up current/rollover credits when possible and/or settling any outstanding fees by the end of your 30 day cancellation window. Class/session/appointment availability depends upon Staff availability and is not guaranteed.

Any unused rollover credits must be used by the final date of your 30 day cancellation window, no refunds, transfers, or exchanges or resale. No exceptions.
+ PRICING & MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We reserve the right to change pricing and availability of pricing options at any time, for any reason. SPS may change membership terms and rates under this agreement by posting notice of such change at least 30 days in advance of such change. If an Autopay contract is affected, you will be provided with advance notice and the option to leave the contract without impact, at no penalty.

+ REFUNDS
All memberships, class packages, and retail sales are final, non-transferable and non-refundable.

+ IF YOU DECIDE TO END YOUR MEMBERSHIP EARLY…

Any unused rollover credits must be used by the final date of your 30 day cancellation window, no refunds, transfers, or exchanges or resale. No exceptions.

+ EARLY CANCELLATIONS
You have up to 12 hours prior to the start of class or session to cancel your reservation. No phone cancellations will be accepted. The only way to cancel your reservation is online. Once a spot is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the credit will be returned to your profile to be used at a future date.

+ LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
If you late cancel a class or session within 12 hours of a session’s start time a credit will be processed automatically.

If there are no credits left in the account, your card on file will be charged for the late cancelled session. If you must late cancel a session or class within 12 hours of a class’ start time, a credit will be processed automatically.

If there are no credits left in the account, your card on file will be charged for the late cancelled class.

+ LATE ARRIVALS
If you have not signed in 5 minutes after class starts, your spot may be given to someone on the wait list and you will forfeit your spot. As it is disruptive to have people entering and leaving the studio (virtual or in-person) during the class, and unsafe to you as the participant, late arrivals and early departures will not be permitted.

+ MINIMUM AGE
18 years old.

+ GOOD TO KNOW
SPS can cancel your agreement at any time and will pay you for unused future services. Without limiting SPS”‘ ability to terminate this membership for cause, SPS may terminate your membership for any reason at the end of any given billing cycle. If SPS elects to so terminate, SPS will refund a pro rata portion of any dues applicable to future billing cycles(s).

Visuals. Any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of you at the Studio, in SPS hosted virtual classes and events or at other official SPS events may be used for publication, promotion, articles, shows, and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation.

Your membership belongs to you and you can’t give it to anyone else. It is expressly understood and agreed that this agreement is not assignable or transferable by a member and no rights or privileges granted by this Membership can be transferred or assigned by a member.

+ YOU AGREE TO BE COOL
You agree to keep and obey all rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by SPS, for the use of SPS training facilities, premises, and equipment therein, and SPS reserves the right to revoke this membership for cause if you fail to keep and obey any such rules and regulations, or for reasons of nuisance, disturbance of other members or staff, moral turpitude or fraud. Without limiting your obligation to obey the rules and regulations of SPS presently in force or in the future prescribed, you agree to obey the policies and procedures as described in the Superpower Handbook as found on the “Members Handbook” page of the SPS website.

+ CREW WAITLIST POLICY
To request to be added to a CREW waitlist, email us at [email protected]. This is a first come, first serve policy.

If someone early cancels their CREW session up to 12 hours before the start time, KILO will automatically adjust the waitlist, potentially bumping you up the list or moving you into the CREW, depending on your position.

Kilo will send an automatic email confirming you are off the waitlist and in the CREW no later than 12 hours in advance of the session’s start time.

If you know you can’t make it, please cancel as soon as possible so KILO can offer the spot to the next person on the waitlist.
