We know that feeling when the weather outside is less than inspiring, but fear not! Here’s how I personally stay motivated on those cold and rainy days:
1. **Visualize Success**: Before heading out, I take a moment to imagine the incredible feeling I’ll have after crushing my workout. Visualizing myself feeling strong, energized, and accomplished helps me kickstart my motivation.
2. **Gear Up**: I make sure to layer up in my favorite warm and waterproof gear or already wear my workout clothes. Being prepared for the weather keeps me focused on my workout, not the cold.
3. **Pump-Up Playlist**: On the way to Superpower, I blast my favorite playlist filled with upbeat tunes. Music has a magical way of boosting my mood and getting me pumped up for the session ahead.
4. **Goal Reminder**: I remind myself of my training goals and how each workout session brings me one step closer to achieving them. Whether it’s improving fitness, losing weight, or gaining strength, keeping my goals in mind fuels my motivation.
5. **Excitement to Train with CREW**: Knowing that my CREW, our semi-private training program where like-minded people will be cheering me on and excited to see me each time, is waiting for me adds an extra layer of motivation. Their support and camaraderie keep me motivated throughout the session. Your CREW and Coach are always pumped to see you at Superpower, rain or shine.
6. **Accountability** Knowing that my trainer is waiting for me and excited to get started adds an extra layer of motivation. Their support and guidance keep me motivated throughout the session.
7. **Mindful Movement**: Once I’m at Superpower, I focus on shutting off my brain and simply vibing with the workout. Moving my body helps me de-stress and feel alive, regardless of the weather outside.
